Kepler Laveran de Lima Ferreira ComM (born 26 February 1983), known as Pepe (Brazilian Portuguese:), is a professional footballer. He last played as a centre-back for Primeira Liga club Porto, which he captained, and currently the Portugal national team. He is widely regarded as one of the best centre-backs of his generation.
