The new Netflix remake of Rebecca, the film directed by Alfred Hitchcock that won two Oscars in 1940, is revisiting the iconic stately home of Manderley. Rebecca was filmed in the French Riviera and the United Kingdom; Manderley is an amalgam of several filming locations. The original story is based on the 1938 novel by Daphne du Maurier.

Remake Hitchcockova snímku z roku 1940, který je podle knihy dorazil na Netflix. Koukat se na to dalo ale za mě zbytečně dlouhé. A film zapadne do vod průměrnosti a to hlavně díky tomu, že se skoro nic neudálo v první hodině snímku. Potom už to docela šlo ale na lepší než průměrné hodnocení to není. 50% (25.10.2020)
