So, I took it to Bluff Park TV Repair (BPTVR). Like another reviewer (Will) said, the place is pretty sketchy looking. Also, as he mentioned, it clearly says "free estimates" on the sign outside, but he required a non-refundable $20 diagnostic fee, which supposedly goes toward the repair.
