Hit The Floor reminded me of the nighttime soaps from the 80's, but with an NBA setting. I loved the diversity of characters and the juicy plotlines. Even though some of the original characters were gone from season four, the show was still pretty good. My favorites were Kyle, Derek and London. They kept the show from becoming stale.
Synopsis. Ahsha Hayes enters the wild world of professional basketball when she tries out for the elite L.A. Devil Girls dance team against the wishes of her mother Sloane, a former dancer herself.
S1.E1 ∙ Pilot. Mon, May 27, 2013. Ahsha Hayes is a recent college grad who tries out for the Los Angeles Devil Girls' NBA cheerleading team against her mother's wishes. Pete Davenport, former all-star player for the Devils, comes back to coach the NBA team. Olivia Vincent is a former Devil Girl who oversees the squad.
