Products never arrived. Zero customer service response after three emails and two phone calls, nothing. Still no scrubs pants, contact with an actual person, or refund. Bad customer service. I actually like Figs, but their customer service is the worst. I purchased 2 sets of scrubs and wanted to exchange my two Graphite Leon and Black Leon top scrubs for a Craig Henley graphite top scrub in size S and a scrub Henley black top in size S. Mr. R from customer service provided the link for the exchange.
