Broglio of the U.S. Archdiocese for the Military Services, is the new president of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB). The prelate, currently serving as the USCCB secretary, was elected on November 15 during the bishops’ Fall General Assembly w hich opened on Monday in Baltimore.
The USCCB Bishops Working Group on Youth and Young Adults assists the LMFLY Committee in advancing the Church's efforts with young people across the United States. Throughout the meeting, the bishops will spend time in prayer and fraternal dialogue with one another. Public sessions of the assembly on November 14 and 15 will be livestreamed.
