  10. Nov 15, 2019 · the best solution to this is to completely uninstall the driver using BCUninstaller (uninstall both Waves MaxxAudio and Reatek). After that, open Device Manager (search it in searchbar) and uninstall any audio devices. Restart your laptop then reinstall the driver provided by Dell.
