Aug 12, 2005 · Neutral —Four Brothers is a decent movie. I don’t recommend it for kids/teens under 18. The movie is about the adoptive mother (who took in the brothers) who was executed, and the crooks paid a witness to lie and say it was a gang shooting. In a place like Detroit, things could probably happen like they did in the movie.

An energetic action film with a touch of heart, John Singleton's "Four Brothers" is a surprisingly potent piece of work. Engaging from the outset, the story of four adopted brothers who set out avenge the death of their mother moves quickly and has plenty of robust. It is a well-cast, well-constructed action effort.
