Completing Lost City will reward you with 3 Quest Points, access to Zanaris, the ability to craft Cosmic runes, and the ability to wield dragon daggers and longswords. While not listed as a quest reward, completing Lost City also gives you access to the Slayer master Chaeldar, who resides in Zanaris.

End game weapons (>100M) Hyperion/Valkyrie (400+M): they are the best mage / berserker sword in the game, and you can swap between them using items worth 4-10M.

This process is reversible, provided that the staff is uncharged. It also requires 75 Attack and 75 Magic to wield.
The restoration effect of Death Charge will not trigger if the player has been involved in PvP combat in the last ten ticks. The player must also be within 16 tiles of the slain creature in order for Death Charge to activate. In a multicombat scenario, the restoration effect is triggered for the player who dealt the last hit.

You should try casting it ironically. Ironic. Get the skull scepter and you can auto cast crumble undead with it. Yeah but that costs 21k and you need 55 slayer to weild it. Skull scepter takes a while to get but is probably faster than 55 slayer. The other option is the void knight mace but again takes a while to get the pc points for it.
