May 23, 2021 · This is a smaller complex (28 units) with all the amenities of a larger one. It sits right on the beach (though not all units have beach views) and is centrally located in Cocoa Beach. Our unit was a very large 2 bed, 2 bath with a sitting room. The furnishings were nice, though perhaps a bit dated!

My wife and I stayed here recently via an RCI exchange while visiting the Cocoa Beach area. There is ample free, off-street parking with a majority of the parking being outside. The property appeared to be clean and fairly well-maintained overall with ongoing maintenance and renovation projects ongoing throughout our stay.
