Start by selecting your country and preferred language and then proceed to booking your flights.
Go to Manage booking. Look up your booking by inserting your booking reference or e-ticket number and family name. Find the Modify your trip section and select cancelling flights. Review the information on the window that pops up. Click Continue (don't worry, you won't cancel your booking just yet). Review the flights to be cancelled.
