That's the only thing I could see causing it to not activate with an arc mod. Unless you don't have the arc mod on the same piece. That was exactly it lmfao I didn’t even realize I had radiant light on another piece of my gear. You can't equip more than 1 Radiant Light. Get rid of the other one (s) and it will work.

Thanks! you get charged with light and warmind cells mods from banshee now. You can get mods from high level Nightfalls and Raid chests as well, otherwise check Banshee daily. How do you get the radiant light mod? It was for sale in the recaster but I missed out, is it still earn-able?

Radiant Light mod doesn't want to activate. I picked up the limited time mod from the prismatic recaster today, radiant light, and I was looking forward to getting +20 strength when paired with any other arc mod. I have it on my bond, helmet, and gauntlets, all with other arc mods, and the secondary buff won't activate. Any suggestions?
