The civil / criminal division of the Washtenaw County Trial Court is the 22nd Circuit Court of general jurisdiction in Washtenaw County. This division has jurisdiction over all actions except those given by state law to another court.

Visit the 14A District Court to know which court to go to. There are three District Courts (14A, 14B and 15th) and one Judicial Circuit Court (22nd) in Washtenaw County that issue civil process documents.
Name and Calendar Search. Court records are public unless restricted by Statute, Court Rule, or Local Administrative Order. The public may do a name search in person at the main office of the Clerk of the Court-Court Services by using the public computer terminals or through the Court's website.

Circuit Court records for the last 25 years may be viewed at the main office of Clerk of the Court-Court Services. Only five (5) files per hour may be requested. Records from the year 1883 to older than 25 years have been purged. Final orders on these records may be available for viewing.
Search Cases. Changes to court dockets are constantly occurring. The court docket site is directly linked to the Court's case management system and will be updated as soon as case scheduling changes are made available to case management staff.

If your case was reassigned, your attorney (or you if you are in pro per) received an email on Sunday Jan. 29, 2023 informing you of the reassignment. Please proceed to the Zoom link of the new judge (Judge Harb or Judge Heise) if you received such a letter.
