The way that I've done it on an iron skiller was: Do clues and open them at the dungeon for an axe. Get an alt in the dungeon and craft blowpipe, serp helm, and bronze darts inside. Spawn spirit on skiller, hit 1 to venom it with alt, wait for spirit to regen before venom hits, do 1 damage with skiller from safe spot.
Im currently attempting Mage Arena on my 10hp / Pray account and I've used up the best part of 100 PD without managing to poison the NPC once. Used a similar amount to complete Lost City too (which I finally managed to do thankfully). Got a feeling any grind which rely's on the (p) hitting is going to be a rough one.

The archer and her three companions, a wizard, a monk and a warrior, can be found in the south-west part of the swamp, nearby the coal mine. She is a part of the Lost City quest . She is apparently a sensitive girl who dislikes being mistaken for a man. She is very confidential and more careful with secrets than her companion, the warrior.
