Jul 14, 2020 · The scenes of Florence were stunning. The movie itself was just okay. It lacked a true understanding of Italians and Italian life. It was very apparent that it was not written by an Italian and someone who lived and experienced Florence and Italian ideals and values. The way the Calcio Storico was filmed was not ideal either.
Jul 14, 2020 · A most enjoyable movie. Beautifully filmed in and around Florence, Italy with appealing actors. The script even touches upon societal problems in Italy - the difficulty of finding jobs, the necessity of living with parents, etc.
