psd files are for photoshop, for recolouring cc and you don’t need to add them into your mod folder! :) mod files are either .package or .ts4script or so. a file that ends in .psd is supposed to be opened in photoshop and few other graphic programs. you're not supposed to put it in your mod folder, it just won't work.
