Feb 25, 2013 · This mansion or this tourist destination was built in the early 1900’s by the sugar baron, Don Mariano Ledesma Lacson. Located at Talisay City, Philippines. I visited The Ruins a couple times already but I always enjoy the scenic view of the place. I was amused to the mansion after being burnt for 3days years ago it’s still on the ground.
