This fast paced, action-drama delivers the perfect stage for his return. "Get the Gringo" is gritty, witty and down right dirty. It reminded me a lot of Mel Gibson's "Payback" - but this of course is an entirely different premise; that of a world closing in on an American criminal trapped in a Mexican prison.
