May 20, 2024 · If you cannot see the Ursa Minor constellation, you can find the North Star by locating the Big Dipper and its rear end - i.e. the opposite end of the Big Dipper's handlebar. The two star formations are quite close to each other, and if you draw a straight line from the rear two stars of the Big Dipper, you will hit the North Star.
