  4. Oct 2, 2008 · This remaster of Free 'Heartbreaker' CD is a big improvement as compared to the first CD release...the music actually does sound better, even on my low end CD player! There is a very noticeable sound quality improvement on the remastered CD when compared to the earlier release...I know that for a fact, being that I have both!

  7. The band had actually broken up two years prior but Rodgers thought that if they reformed, they could save a close friend from a path of self-destruction - Free guitarist Paul Kossoff. Kossoff was not really an official member when ‘Heartbreaker’ was recorded but did play a majority of the lead guitar parts while Rodgers filled in the rest.
