Parks & Recreation. C.B. Leaver Park (4.43 acres) is located on the south side of Muskegon St. E. (M-46). The park offers two play structures, swings, restrooms, a basketball court, and more. Park restrooms close the last week of October each year. Leaver Park contains two pavilions that can be rented for a nominal fee.
