Graduation Day is a pretty solid American giallo, released during the horror boom made possible by the success of Friday the 13th. It’s fairly sleazy, has a couple music numbers, and gets decent mileage from its use of staccato editing, which helps to camouflage budget limitations.

Mar 30, 2021 · Performances are pretty lacklustre but Christopher George is always likable, even when playing a not so likable character. Overall; "Graduation Day" will only appeal to slasher film fans but this fan was a little underwhelmed. The Blu-ray is good; a/v quality is good (no subtitles though) and the extras are informative. Brings it up a star.

Graduation Day - 1981 (This Film Rates a C+ ) The film opens with the finished race death of a high school track star, Laura.
