Fist of Fury II (aka, Chinese Connection 2) is more overtly racist than its predecessor (take a swig every time a character utters the slur “Jap” and you’ll be blotto by the film’s end) and probably spends too much of the runtime chasing its own tail (there are at least two redundant attack/retaliate sequences), but for the most part, it’s a surprisingly well-executed sequel/remake.
