Nov 19, 2023 · MSR Media has accused the former Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Timothy Harris, of committing financial fraud. In a legal notice, Philippe Martinez, owner of MSR Media, said that Timothy Harris, along with the former head of CIU Les Khan, and Ying Jin- CEO of Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate Corporation, sold the CBI shares illegally at prices that were a fraction of the legal rate.
