May 8, 2023 · Centrica Care Navigators, Formerly Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan, is currently seeking a part-time Certified Nurse Aide to join the day shift team at Rose Arbor, our 18-bed hospice residence in Kalamazoo. This day shift (7:00pm – 7:30am) position works (3) 12-hour shifts a week.
Currently, Centrica Palliative Care is being provided at homes only in Kalamazoo, Van Buren and Calhoun counties. For patients entering their final months of life, Centrica Hospice Care includes expert pain and symptom management to keep comfort and personal fulfillment at their highest.
