Apr 6, 2019 · This does seem to be an ongoing issue with the Photos App . . . Open the Photos App, resize that app, so you can also see your Desktop. Click and drag the photos you want to upload to FB onto your Desktop. That will not move the original photos, it will create a copy on your Desktop. Then. you can upload the photos from your Desktop to FB.
