Mar 28, 2008 · I visited Rock City on February 1, no tourists and incredibly beautiful natural rock formations, native trees and plants, wonderful views and the waterfall. It was a very pleasant surprise. Plus the town of Lookout Mountain is charming, with a Civil War monument (with an incredible view) at the end of East Brow Street.
