Gone are the chase scenes through the steaming jungles of Java!
A cyborg baby is sent to 1980s Africa, grow up to be covered in muscles, and is chased by an alien bounty hunter who spends most of the movie hidden in a computer-generated haze. NEMESIS 2 gets dismissed because it isn't anything like NEMESIS, but once you get past the interminable flashback-filled opening, its actually an entertaining chase film.
