Civil War is a Swedish power metal band from Falun, formed in 2012 by several former members of Sabaton. The band adopted the same lyrical themes of war and historical battles that were characteristic of Sabaton.
Civil War has already toured all over Europe and played at some of Europes finest and biggest festivals. However, the band has agreed to increase their touring and spend a lot more days on the road to meet the fans and to promote their incredible albums.
Civil War. Formed after Rikard Sundén, Oskar Montelius, Daniel Mullback and Daniel M hr left Sabaton in early 2012. Petrus Granar joined in 2014 to give Civil War a seven-piece, triple guitar line-up. The next year though, Montelius and Stefan Eriksson both left, and the band decided to continue with only five members and no permanent bassist.
