As an overseas seller, I regularly send parcels to the US using first class package international service. Recently, I am noticing a major delay with the ISC New York, where it would 2-3 weeks or more for my parcels to be processed/custom cleared. In contrast, my parcels that go through the ISC Los Angeles CA are processed in just a few days.

Jan 28th.. My package arrived Feb. 8th ISC New York NY USPS and today is Feb. 27th and has not moved. My local post office tracked it, and got the same information. Lots and Lots of there is nothing you can do about it. So that is it NO ONE is responsible, NO one can help me, and hopefully you get your package....
