The voter registration deadline for the General Election has been extended to 5 p.m. on October 15, 2020 by a court order. All voter registration forms sent by U.S. mail must be received on or before the deadline.

Box 6 - ID Number: Your completed voter registration form must contain the number of your Arizona driver's license, or non-operating identification license issued pursuant to A.R.S. Sec. 28-3165, if the license is current and valid.
If you have an Arizona driver license or non-operating identification card issued after October 1, 1996, you will need only to provide the license number on box 9 of the voter registration form. If you do not have an Arizona license, you may include a photocopy of one of the following documents:
