Feb 1, 2016 · The latest GTA V update, b3095 (The Chop Shop) contains large changes to the games' transmission code. This makes this Manual Transmission script incompatible with that version and newer. As my priorities lie somewhere else now, the last game version this script, as of release 5.6.1, is compatible with is b3028.

UPDATE: FIXED (KINDA): I tried using the old versions of the Manual Transmission + Steering Wheel Support mod, so far it seems like only the 4.6.1 version works. Never used this but it sounds like it's an issue finalizing your save, then. Maybe try assigning all the inputs, the mod might not be handling skipped ones properly.
