You should watch them in the order they were released. This is my favourite era of Nolan, before he went down the flawed mega blockbuster route. He can make better films without special effects. Just watched Memento and want to see more of Nolan's earlier movies, and I saw Insomnia is a remake of a Norwegian film.
It may be my favorite Christopher Nolan movie ever. Robin Williams was a brilliant actor. His best performance ever was in Good Will Hunting of course but this was a pretty close second. Very good film overall and it gets overlooked because of The Dark Knight Trilogy and Memento.
