As for citing Recent Changes - I avoid citing pages on a wiki or a forum that are editable by anyone - much the same as I wouldn't site Wikipedia to support a different Wikipedia article. But citing pages that reflect the edit activity on a site - and are unable to be manually adjusted - is a different matter.
