May 31, 2019 · It seems fairly obvious that it’s a scam. Just basic nutrition science can tell you that. You eat nothing but carbs and also don’t work out… your body just turns all that into fat. There’s no possible way to look shredded with that type of diet and lifestyle.

This is a complete scam. I don't even understand what you are paying for. There is nobody there to speak to and they just inundated your email with ads to buy their products and forms plans.

VShred has been accused of stealing his content, and half assing the anatomical and pysiological explanations of the exercises.
