Bovec, Slovenia seems like a stunning location with rafting and other activitiesa, but a tiny town. Savoie, France (or across the border in Switzerland) seems like a better area for food and interacting with locals (bigger population=better dating) Algarve, Spain, not as nice of scenery but come on, it has a beach nearby!
