  8. A certain OpSpec in particular called A062 allows for a thing called a Pilot Development Program, which allows its SICs to actually log SIC time. If your carrier does not have this OpSpec and it’s flying aircraft that legally require only one pilot in the types of operations it conducts, no one is logging SIC time. Plain and simple.
