For anyone unaware of what Qanon is, it's a set of conspiracy theories. I don't know much of their exact beliefs (though I used to), although I do know they spawned from the pizzagate conspiracy theory (which involves the belief that a pizza place in Washington D.C running a pedophile sex trafficking ring for left wing politicians).
