Unfortunately I suspect this isn't pending an opening to the public, this is likely required test cycles for a few weeks. I hope I'm wrong, the raptors are super fun, especially the two prototypes. This ride is solidly my favorite at the park. I hope these new improvements mean 2 trains running constantly.
