Has anyone read any good books about passing laws and policy and politicking? My best two examples I have of what I'm talking about are both by Robert Caro: The Power Broker and Master of the Senate. I'm looking for something that looks more at the legislative side with a focus on the people involved. Maybe also something a bit more modern.
