I am taking my standard 8 weeks off thru disability (I had a C-section.) However, upon talking to my work, I am not eligible for baby bonding. Although I have worked at the company for a year and met that requirement, I didn’t work 1250 hours in the past year. I’m only about 100 hours of short.
