It’s likely some of these guns were used by criminals. If punisher wants to punish the cause of violence instead of just the perpetrators I could see him killing Frank. I don’t believe the “Dennis being a murder” theory has been confirmed. Thus the rest of the gang are kind of small potatoes who realistically aren’t bad enough.
10 hours ago · The Punisher of course gets it the worst. Wade at least is self-aware that he's a deeply unstable killer and isn't really all that happy about it. He wants to be better, but again, too unstable to make it work for long. Frank knows he's a killer and doesn't give a shit. He'll keep killing bad guys till the day he dies.
