I've watched swat seasons 1-6 each at least 3 times. Best seasons, or most enjoyable are seasons 1, 2 and 3. if you liked swat because of the homey-silly team stuff in seasons 1&2, you probably won't like 5-6. I liked season 5, but to me season 6 was boring as all get out.
