     The recent work Joshi [1] offers L3Cube-GujaratiBERT, available on HuggingFace here. You'll have to fine-tune the model on your specific down-stream task (i.e. Named Entity Recognition in Gujarati). There is a list of Indic NER datasets here, of relevance to your problem is the AI4Bharat Naamapadam dataset which has Gujarati as one of the 11 available Indic languages.

     In [1], Joshi initially created the L3Cube-HindBERT and L3Cube-DevBERT models pre-trained on Hindi and Devanagari script (Hindi + Marathi) monolingual corpora, respectively. These offered a modest improvement in performance over the alternative MuRIL, IndicBERT and XLM-R multi-lingual offerings. Given the improvement, the author released other Indic language-based models, namely: Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati, Assamese, Odia, Bengali, and Punjabi (all can be found at https://huggingface.co/l3cube-pune).

     Nominatium, (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Nominatim ) A less common organization which provides an open source, free ware solution for the address to (latitude, longitude) mapping. Can be also used in commercial projects. Their are no restrictions for number of queries per day and no hidden clauses in “usage terms”. Since the organization itself is not much popular, less support is available.

     Yahoo API, http://developer.yahoo.com/geo/placefinder/ Another popular API like google’s but some what more available. supports upto 50000 requests per day. Like google extensive support is available. Yahoo encourages us to use the “powered by yahoo logo” but doesn’t force us for that. Yahoo encourages us to use YQL in commercial applications. (http://developer.yahoo.com/yql/faq/ ) Most number of allowed queries as compared to all other options i.e. 20,000 calls/hour/IP and 100,000 calls/day/key.      Well, this is kind of a broad subject.

     We have many levels of locking. Let's go from least to most specific:

     • An exclusive database lock: The entire database is locked, used when working with application objects such as forms, reports and VBA modules. Also when a user manually requests an exclusive lock.Exclusive locks don't actually need the .laccdb file, they can just use a normal file lock. When working with the database part of an accdb file (e.g. ODBC/OLEDB) these are never set afaik.
     • Table write locks: A user is editing the structure of a table, for example by adding and removing a column, or changing a column type.The entire table can't be read to or from while a user holds this lock.
     • Page write locks: Records go on pages, and the entire page a certain record is on is locked. This happens mainly when users is editing or intending to edit records on encrypted databases, since when writing to a record on an encrypted database, the entire page needs to be rewritten.Depending on what you're doing, you may or may not be able to read from locked pages, but you certainly can't write to them.
     • A record write lock: A user is either editing or intending to edit a specific record. Behaves mostly identical to a page lock, but only for a single record instead of a page of records.
     • A table read lock: Prevents others from setting a table write lock, set when reading a table (by opening it, opening a bound report form, or querying it)

     Documentation on this is not great in Access, so I might've missed some.

     There are lots of things that influence locks, such as the recordset type and record locks property on forms, on recordsets the recordset type and LockEdits property, and on the database the database properties.

     Using Click events is correct. On a touch screen, tapping a button will generate a Click event, just like it would if you clicked the button with a mouse.

     P.S. You mention in the comments that sometimes the application hangs when you click a button. This is most likely caused by the code that responds to the Click

     event, and is not related to using a touch screen.
