Vga83. • 3 hr. ago. I've had an escape artist before . I used carabiner clips . After I closed the latches I clipped the carabiners to hold door shut where it meets the crate . Medium size ones . 4 on each door . My bulldog / lab mix couldn't open it that way. Without the clips he'd use his tongue and paws to unlatch.

I’m planning a couple of trips with the dog, and I am looking for a crate that collapses into something that fits into a normal sized car. Does not have to be super strong, it’s probably just a place for him to sleep while in a hotel or camping. Atlas is a big dog, but for an occasional sleep a 42in crate might be enough.
