Because my first thought are the songs Say So and Kiss Me More by Doja Cat, which are very Dr Luke style bubble gum pop and literally on the wikipedia page as examples of modern bubblegum pop. Or the original Boys a Liar from Pink Pantheress. Or, Leigh-Anne from Little Mix has played with it quite a bit.
