No pictures attached, but my guess is that you’re using a straight up 3.5mm TRS to 1/4” TRS. The combo inputs are looking for a positive and negative signal on the Tip and Ring. You’re sending L on Tip and Ring on R. The mixer is then nulling the two signals because it’s expecting a balanced signal.
