In the time since WandaVision concluded, Elizabeth Olsen's Wanda Maximoff, a.k.a. the Scarlet Witch, has been on quite a journey, culminating in her apparent death during the events of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. However, fans have long believed that the Scarlet Witch survived and continues to lurk in the MCU, awaiting her return.
As its name clearly states, Marvel Studios' WandaVision was a show led by two characters, Olsen's Wanda and Bettany's Vision. However, only one of them has got an MCU follow-up at this time. After starring in WandaVision, Olsen returned as the Scarlet Witch in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Her name is the Scarlet Witch, a.k.a. Wanda Maximoff (played by Elizabeth Olsen). She'll be making her big cinematic debut in AOU, some 51 years after her first appearance in Marvel comic books. That long delay between print and film isn't because Wanda is boring.
