     You need to declare a static folder where you place the CSS and JS files.

     Refer to https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.7/howto/static-files/ on how to setup the static folder

     I'm not really sure what you are trying to do. It appears that you are adding multiple columns that have multiple inputs, all with the same ID.

     I Would recommend using the react-bootstrap module. It has good documentation and is modular so you only import the components you need.

     Steps involve:

     • npm install react-bootstrap bootstrap
     • include bootstrap.min.css cdn in your index.html
     • include bootstrap.bundle.min.js as script tag just above closing body tag
     • import bootstrap.min.css into root index.js

     After this you should be able to import the components from the react-bootstrap library as needed. I've created a sandbox with a jumbotron and modal window below.
