Beginning March 25, 2021, Johns Hopkins Medicine will make more information available to patients through MyChart. MyChart is a secure website that provides medical information to you about your Johns Hopkins care and connects you to your health care team.
With MyChart, you can: See portions of your/your child’s medical record, including some test results, scans and images. Monitor health care provided. View and pay bills. Send secure messages to some members of the health care team. Request prescription renewals. Request an appointment.
Oct 1, 2020 · Patients can now sign up and access MyChart in minutes from anywhere. Previously, people had to speak to someone to confirm their identity before creating a MyChart account online. The new capability — called self-sign-up — uses an algorithm to electronically verify a person’s identity.
